Rocket Pharmaceuticals (RCKT) said Tuesday it plans to start a $150 million underwritten public offering of common shares.
Underwriters in the offering will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% shares, according to the company.
Shares of Rocket Pharmaceuticals fell more than 6% in after-hours activity.
