CarParts.com (PRTS) said Thursday it has collaborated with Extend to give customers shipping and product protection.
Extend Shipping Protection keeps orders safe from loss, theft, and damage, covering packages until they reach the customer, the company said.
The new Extend Product Protection will allow buyers to add extra warranty time beyond the standard coverage, with options that last one to three years, it added.
CarParts.com shares were down about 2.6% in recent trading.
