Erie Indemnity (ERIE) said Thursday its board has agreed to increase the company's regular quarterly cash dividend to $1.365 from $1.275 on its class A shares and to $204.75 from $191.25 on its class B shares.
The quarterly dividend is payable Jan. 22 to shareholders of record on Jan. 7.
