Inovio Pharmaceuticals (INO) said Friday it has priced a public offering of 10 million shares and accompanying warrants to purchase the same number of shares at $3 per share and accompanying warrant.
The warrants are exercisable at a price of $3.76 per share.
Gross proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close Dec. 16, are estimated to be $30 million.
Shares of Inovio Pharmaceuticals fell more than 23% in recent premarket trading Friday.
