Patec's SG$0.197 per share cash offer for Broadway Industrial Group (SGX:B69) remains final, with no plans to increase the offer price or extend the deadline beyond Dec. 23, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
As of Dec. 12, Patec and its concert parties own or have valid acceptances of 389.8 million shares, representing 85.27% of Broadway's total shares.
Patec's offer will close Dec. 23.
