VANCOUVER, British Columbia & DALLAS, December 12, 2024--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alpha Cognition Inc. (NASDAQ: ACOG) ("Alpha Cognition", or the "Company"), announces that in connection with the Company’s listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market the Company will voluntarily delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange.

The shares will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange at the close of trading on December 17, 2024. The Company’s common shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol "ACOG".
