Beverly JCG (SGX:9QX) entered into an agreement with Evolve Capital Advisory for a proposed payment of professional fees through part cash and part shares, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The shares portion will comprise the issuance and allotment of 11,111,111 shares at an issue price of SG$0.0090 per share.
