Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group (HKG:0564, SHA:601717) acquired a further 16.61% of the equity in ASIMCO Technologies (Nanjing) for 699.0 million yuan from certain transferors, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Upon the completion of the transaction, the company will own a 100% stake in the target company. The company will source the acquisition through its own funds.
