China Castson 81 Finance (HKG:0810) has completed the placing of 28,284,000 shares to at least six investors at HK$0.153 apiece to raise net proceeds of around HK$4.12 million, a Friday bourse filing said.

The securities investor will use proceeds from the placement for general working capital and potential investments.
