NTAW Holdings (ASX:NTD) Chief Operating Officer Warwick Hay will assume the role of chief executive, starting Jan. 1, 2025, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Hay will succeed CEO Peter Ludemann, who will remain with the company as an executive director.
The tire importer and distributor's shares were up nearly 3% in recent Friday trade.
