Cathay Pacific (HKG:0293) settled 50,000 tonnes of carbon credits under its voluntary carbon offset program on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing's (HKG:0388) carbon marketplace, according to a Wednesday news release.
HKEX's Core Climate carbon marketplace offers settlement of international voluntary carbon credits in Hong Kong dollars and renminbi, the bourse operator said.
