Transport International (HKG:0062) agreed to engage Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance, a subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties (HKG:0016), a substantial shareholder of the company, for insurance services, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Under the agreement, Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance will provide insurance coverage and services to the group including motor vehicle third-party and passengers' liability insurance and employees' compensation insurance for two years.
The total premium payable to Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance is expected to be up to HK$40.5 million for 2025 and HK$41.5 million for 2026.
