On December 17, 2024, the Board of Directors of United Security Bancshares (the "Company") $(UBFO)$, the parent company of United Security Bank (the "Bank"), declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on January 17, 2025, to shareholders of record as of January 2, 2025.
