Paramount Global (PARA) said late Tuesday it plans to redeem all of its remaining outstanding 4.75% senior notes due May 15, 2025, later this month on Dec. 27.
The redemption price is 100% of the principal amount of the notes outstanding, which, the company said, is valued at about $125.6 million.
