DigiCo Infrastructure REIT (ASX: DGT) settled its acquisition of iseek, partially satisfying the final conditions in its disclosure document lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Dec. 5, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The remaining initial public offering portfolio acquisitions are expected to settle simultaneously, the filing said.

Shares of the data center operator rose nearly 7% in recent Tuesday trade.
