Choo Chinag (SGX:42E) completed the divestment of a freehold commercial property at 421 Tagore Industrial Avenue, Singapore, for SG$2.8 million, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.

The commercial property has a strata floor area of about 4,133 square feet. It is currently leased out to a third party.

The divestment is part of the group's strategy to realign its portfolio and will be reflected in its earnings per share for the year ending Dec. 31.
