GHW International's (HKG:9933) subsidiary Nanjing Happyelephant Health Technology obtained the exclusive license to distribute Swisscoat Vision's (China) optical lens products in Jiangsu province, China, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Nanjing Happyelephant has also obtained a non-exclusive license from Swisscoat Vision to distribute its products in other Chinese provinces.

The products under the agreement include bifocal lenses, low vision lenses, customized lenses for extreme prescription or high prism, low vision rehabilitation lenses, and medical photosensitive filter lenses.
