Property developer Chinese Estates (HKG:0127) unit Knightlights Property International sold a building in London to Ellison SPV 2 for 162 million pounds sterling, a Friday bourse filing said.

The property comprises a mixed-use building, mainly a grade-A office building.

The firm used part of the proceeds from the disposal to repay an existing bank borrowing and will keep the remaining as cash reserve for future investments or loan repayments.
