Expedia (EXPE) said Thursday that Scott Schenkel has been named chief financial officer.
The appointment is effective the day after Expedia files its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, which is expected to be on or about Feb. 7, the company said.
Expedia said Julie Whalen will stay in the CFO role through February.
Schenkel was most recently interim CEO of eBay (EBAY) from September 2019 through April 2020, Expedia said.
