AcroMeta Group (SGX:43F) has allotted 6.5 million new ordinary shares under its performance share scheme, increasing its issued share capital to 339.6 million, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The shares, granted to a selected employee following remuneration committee approval, are expected to be listed on the SGX Catalist Board on Dec. 20.
