TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC (TPVG) said late Wednesday it has appointed Mike Wilhelms as chief financial officer, starting Jan. 6.

In his new position, Wilhelms will act as CFO for various TriplePoint entities, such as TriplePoint Capital, TriplePoint Private Venture Credit, TriplePoint Venture Lending Fund, TriplePoint Financial, and TriplePoint Advisers, the company said.

Wilhelms was previously the CFO at Sabal Capital Holding, the company said.
