Global Investments (SGX:B73) repurchased 300,000 shares on Monday at SG$0.12 each, for a total of SG$36,027, according to a same-day filing on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
The company now holds 81.2 million treasury shares or 2.65% of its total issued stock. The buyback program, which started on April 26, permits the repurchase of up to 161.2 million shares.
