3SBio (HKG:1530) canceled 21,227,000 shares held in treasury after they were repurchased through a series of repurchases under the company's 2023 and 2024 repurchase mandates, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The canceled shares represent 0.89% of the total number of issued shares of the company.
After the cancellation, the company no longer has any shares held in treasury while it still has 2,395,573,912 shares in issue.
