Norwood Financial (NWFL) said late Tuesday it has priced a public offering of 1 million common shares at $26 per share for gross proceeds of $26 million.
The company said it granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 150,000 additional shares.
Norwood Financial expects to close the offering on or about Thursday and said proceeds will be used as an investment into its bank subsidiary and for general working capital.
Norwood Financial shares were down more than 2% premarket Wednesday.
