China Everbright Bank (SHA:601818, HKG:6818) is planning to approve a 3-billion-yuan credit line for China Pacific Life Insurance.
The credit line has a term of one year, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of China Everbright Bank rose 3% in recent trade in China and 1% in Hong Kong.
