SKF India (NSE:SKFINDIA, BOM:500472) has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary named SKF India (Industrial), which has received a certificate of incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India, according to a Tuesday filing to the stock exchanges.
The new entity will be engaged in manufacturing and trading of abrasives, bearings and related services, the filing said.
