Xinming China Holdings (HKG:2699) appointed Ample Capital as an Independent Financial Adviser, effective Dec. 17, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The firm, licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission (SGC), will carry out type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities under the SFO.
The letter of advice from the advisor will likely be included in a circular on Rights Issue to shareholders by Dec. 23, the filing added.
