MSM International (SGX:5QR) disposed off another 7,600,000 shares in Cosmos Technology International to Foong Wei Kuong, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

The disposal is in line with the company's decision to dispose off its 21% stake in Cosmos Technology to various purchasers for a cash consideration of 21.2 million ringgit.

So far, the company has sold 34,371,000 shares for a total of 13.5 million ringgit. MSM International now holds an approximately 13.60% interest in Cosmos Technology.
