Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) issued and listed 148,413,063 preferential offering units at an issue price of SG$2.03 per unit on Wednesday, according to a same day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new units were issued and listed on the basis of 86 new units for every 1,000 existing units.
