LG Electronics (KRX:066570) fully opened its LG ThinQ smart home platform API, enabling developers to integrate LG AI appliances into their systems, the electronics products maker said Tuesday.
The application programming interface, accessible via a newly launched developer website, offers two categories--the ThinQ API for individual users and the ThinQ Business API for corporate partners, the release said.
Shares of LG Electronics fell nearly 2% in recent trade on Thursday.
