Noah Holdings (HKG:6686) granted 365,000 restricted share units to 48 recipients under its restricted share unit program on Friday, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The RSUs are equivalent to 3,650,000 shares or 730,000 American depositary shares, the filing said.
The ADSs are priced at $11.61 apiece as of the close of trading on Friday.
