Xinte Energy's (HKG:1799) application for the withdrawal of listing of its previous A share offering was agreed to by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The company had previously proposed an A share offering which was reviewed and approved by the listing review committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Based on the current market conditions and the company's circumstances, the company decided to terminate the said proposed offering.
