ESR Group (HKG:1821) completed the sale of ARA Private Funds Business, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
On March 8, the company had entered into share purchase agreements to dispose of its interests in ARA Private Funds in Australia, Singapore, South Korea and USA to entities which included an affiliate of Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing at an agreed enterprise value of $270 million.
