Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the Prelude Therapeutics Incorporated (NASDAQ:PRLD) Founder, Krishna Vaddi, recently bought US$99k worth of stock, for US$0.93 per share. However, it only increased their shares held by 4.9%, and it wasn't a huge purchase by absolute value, either.

Prelude Therapeutics Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

In fact, the recent purchase by Krishna Vaddi was the biggest purchase of Prelude Therapeutics shares made by an insider individual in the last twelve months, according to our records. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of US$1.30. Because the shares were purchased at a lower price, this particular buy doesn't tell us much about how insiders feel about the current share price.
