Quantum Computing (QUBT) on Friday filed a preliminary prospectus with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the potential resale of up to 8.96 million common shares by some investors.
The company won't receive any proceeds from the stock sale. Alyeska Investment Group, American Capital Partners, Anson Advisors and Anson Funds Management are among the investors or mangers of the funds with the shares.
Shares of the company jumped 27% in recent Friday trading.
