Orange Sky Golden Harvest (HKG:1132) unit Orange Sky Golden Harvest Entertainment will sell OSGH 360 and OSGH Investment to Majestic Dragon International for HK$2.7 million, a Dec. 20 bourse filing said.
The target companies engage mainly in the operation of 360-stage performance projects in Suzhou and Xi'an, China.
Majestic Dragon International also agreed to obtain a license for trademarks relating to the operations of the target companies from Golden Harvest (Marks) for three years at nil consideration.
Majestic Dragon International is owned by Wu Kebo, the chairman, controlling shareholder, and executive director of Orange Sky Golden Harvest.
