Digital China (HKG:0861) unit Xian Digital China will sell 145,431,000, or 9.8%, shares in Inner Mongolia Hohhot Jingu Rural Commercial Bank back to the bank for about 285.2 million yuan, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The move comes as Inner Mongolia Hohhot Jingu Rural Commercial Bank is anticipating a restructuring, under which it will merge with other local financial services bodies to establish a new bank.
