Shenzhen Jianyi Decoration Group (SHE:002789) said its major shareholder, Liu Haiyun, and the latter's wholly owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Jianyi Investment Holdings, will donate 77% of Guangdong Jianyi Stone shares to the company, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The transaction, valued at zero, will integrate Jianyi Stone into the company's consolidated financials.
The donation, approved by the board on Dec. 19, is part of a strategy to improve asset structure and operational strength, with no additional obligations.
