Uni-Bio Science Group (HKG:0690) unit Shenzhen Watsin Genetech has renewed the lease of a land parcel in Shenzhen, China, with lessor Shenzhen Tongchuang Biological Engineering for two years for about 8.2 million yuan, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The term of the new lease contract starts Jan. 1, 2025, and ends Dec. 31, 2026.
The unit uses the premises as its office and for production facilities.
