Expion360 said Greg Aydelott, the company's chief financial officer, will depart effective Dec. 31, due to family health concerns.
Aydelott intends to remain available as a consultant to assist with the transition, the company said.
Brian Schaffner, the company's chief executive officer, was named as interim CFO, and principal financial and accounting officer. Schaffner previously served as CFO from March 2021 through January 2023, the company said.
Expion360 said it is conducting a search process to identify a new CFO.
