CITIC Heavy Industries (SHA:601608) subsidiary Guochuang Intelligent was certified as a high-tech enterprise by the Henan Provincial Certification Agency.
The certification, issued Dec. 2, is valid for three years, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the heavy machinery maker rose 1% in recent trade.
