Interra Resources (SGX:5GI) completed the subscription of another 19,230,769 shares in Australia-listed Morella Corp. (ASX:1MC), according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The company had subscribed to the shares for a total of AU$500,000, or AU$0.026 apiece, according to a previous filing.
Following completion, the company remains a substantial holder of Morella, holding an aggregate of 45,082,342 shares, representing 13.65% of the issued share capital of the Australian company.
Morella is an exploration and mineral resource development company focused on lithium and other battery minerals.
