Austral Gold said Casposo Argentina-Sucursal Argentina, a branch of its subsidiary Casposo Argentina Mining, obtained a $7 million secured loan from Banco San Juan. Funds will be used to refurbish the Casposo plant and support the memorandum of understanding with Challenger Gold (ASX:CEL) to process mineralized material from Challenger's Hualilan project in Argentina.
ARC Funds (ASX:ARC)
ARC Funds secured a call option for a nominal fee, allowing it to acquire 63.49% of The Term Deposit Shop, the owner and operator of a cash management platform, and 100% of TTDS, a related entity holding the applicable Australian Financial Service License for the business.
Trigg Minerals (ASX:TMG)
Trigg Minerals started the application process for relisting on the OTCQB listing, with the process expected to take three to five weeks.
Cyprium Metals (ASX:CYM)
Cyprium Metals said Flat Footed received a no-objection notice from the Foreign Investment Review Board over its participation in the second tranche of the company's recently announced share placement. The remaining condition for completion is shareholder approval, which will be sought at an extraordinary general meeting.
Genmin (ASX:GEN)
The iron ore producer named Andrew Taplin chief executive, effective March 2025. In addition, Greg Lilleyman, currently a non-executive director, was appointed chair, with former chair Michael Arnett remaining a non-executive director.
