Rusal (HKG:0486) group member Rusal Sayanal will purchase heat and chemically purified water from Khakass Utility Systems, an associate of En+, the company's substantial shareholder.
A Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said the contract's term will expire on Dec. 31, 2026.
For 2024, the estimated amount of heat to be supplied is around 55,000 Giga calories, and the purified water is about 96,000 cubic meters.
Rusal expects to pay around $615,383 for the financial year ending Dec. 31 for this contract.
