The merger between Avangrid AGR.N and Arizona Merger Sub is expected to be completed on Dec. 23, Iberdrola said on Friday.

The gas grid operator said on Friday that it was awarded $194 million by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes in an arbitration ruling over its investment in a natural gas pipeline project in Peru.
