ESR-REIT (SGX:J91U) issued 28,565,627 new units to its manager, ESR-REIT Management, as payment for acquisition fees, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

Of the total, 12,189,481 units were issued as payment of fee for the acquisition of ESR Yatomi Kisosaki Distribution Centre, translating to an issue price of SG$0.2681 per unit.

Meanwhile, 16,376,146 new units were issued as payment of fee for the acquisition of 20 Tuas South Avenue 14, at a per-share price of SG$0.2616.

Following the issuance of new units, the total number of units in issue grew to 8,049,164,215, of which the manager's holding is 208,573,435 units, representing 2.59% of the total number of units in issue.
