Nagacorp (HKG:3918) terminated its 2021 share award scheme for employees due to the "changes in the circumstances" of the group, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The casino operator in 2021 proposed and approved grant of up to 10,226,667 award shares to connected persons of the company and up to 9,000,000 award shares to its employees. The awards were postponed to 2024 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
