Ondas (ONDS) shares gained nearly 20% in premarket trading Friday after the company said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum closing bid requirement.
The company said its stock maintained a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 or more for at least 10 consecutive business days through Dec. 24, and that Nasdaq now considers the prior bid price deficiency to be closed.
Ondas said it is now in full compliance with all Nasdaq continued listing requirements.
