Fintech company Ovanti (ASX:OVT) said the proposed sale of its 21% stake in I.Destinasi.Sdn.Bhd (IDSB) to IDSB through a share buyback/cancellation is now set for completion in the first quarter of 2025, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company had previously anticipated the sale to settle within 30 to 45 days of the sale announcement date, the filing said.
Ovanti shares rose nearly 6% in morning trade Friday.
