Kuang-Chi Technologies (SHE:002625) plans to establish an unmanned aerial vehicle or UAV research and development base in Leshan City, Sichuan Province, China, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Friday.
The automobile seat products manufacturer signed an agreement with the city's local government to push through with the project, the disclosure said.
The company's shares soared less than 8% in recent trade.
